My experience with Brookdale was AMAZING! They far surpassed my expectations. I called them directly and they talked me through my ideas and brainstormed with me. I asked for an Urn Surround for a funeral themed birthday party and they got excited for the challenge and then far exceeded my expectations! I asked for something moody and dark and their arrangement ended up having the perfect overgrown-graveyard-vibe. They were so kind on the phone and the delivery guy was kind too. They will definitely get more business from me in the future!

I was so disappointed with the arrangement they sent to my doctor's office. It was very small and also very thin. Parts of it looked like they were beginning to dry up.I have had good luck with Brookdale before, but this experience was very disappointing.

I have been using Brookdale Florist for 35 years for every family occasion. I called them this morning because my Brother-in-law died suddenly last night and the lady that answered the phone listened to me while I blubbered my way through the order of what I wanted like she had been a family member, or a best friend, of mine forever. I had to cancel an order that I placed somewhere else because they were 2 days late on delivering my order- So I went to Brookdale Flowers & Gifts and placed my order in the morning and on the same day they hand delivered my order before lunch!
