Disappointed that there were only 6 blooms and filler in the Florist Choice for a Birthday bouquet. Thankfully we added the balloon for an additional $6!! Underwhelming unfortunately.

My experience with Brookdale was AMAZING! They far surpassed my expectations. I called them directly and they talked me through my ideas and brainstormed with me. I asked for an Urn Surround for a funeral themed birthday party and they got excited for the challenge and then far exceeded my expectations! I asked for something moody and dark and their arrangement ended up having the perfect overgrown-graveyard-vibe. They were so kind on the phone and the delivery guy was kind too. They will definitely get more business from me in the future!

I was so disappointed with the arrangement they sent to my doctor's office. It was very small and also very thin. Parts of it looked like they were beginning to dry up.I have had good luck with Brookdale before, but this experience was very disappointing.

Flowers are never a waste of money. The mason jar full of beautiful flowers arrived at the right time in my friend's life. I didn't specify a color and they are her favorite colors. Brookdale is the place to go in Statesville for your flowers.

I have been using Brookdale Florist for 35 years for every family occasion. I had to cancel an order that I placed somewhere else because they were 2 days late on delivering my order- So I went to Brookdale Flowers & Gifts and placed my order in the morning and on the same day they hand delivered my order before lunch!
